Provision of Services through the Membership Privilege Scheme

The Northern Ireland Health and Social Services Staff Association / Logan Leisure and/or subsidiaries, agents and associates will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract. However, we will attempt to secure compliance. Logan Leisure and/or subsidiaries, agents and associates will not be responsible in the event of Acts of God, fire casualties, strikes or other events beyond its control. All information is expected to be in effect until 31/12/06. However, changes beyond our control may affect the information prior to 31/12/06.
