How much does it cost to join?
To become a member only costs 99p a week, which can be salary-deducted
(if employed by NHS) or taken by direct debit or Pay Pal online.

I am having trouble registering my card

While at first glance the form for registering your card may look daunting it is in fact a relatively simple process.
Below is a brief explanation of the fields you will be asked to complete.
The fields in red are not necessary for creating your account.


Username In this field you are creating a new username.
Enter the name you want to use to log into the site with
Password Create a password unique to you for logging in.
Retype Password Enter the password you just created here.
Card Number This will be located on the back of your membership card
Email Your email address. This will be used to send confirmation
of your account creation to. Also any new offers/competitions
will be sent to you at this address
Retype email Type your email address again
First Name Your first name
Last Name Your Surname
Daytime Telephone A number that can be used to contact you during the day
Mobile Your mobile number
Company/Organisation that issues your card Type Staff Services
Interests Click the boxes that relate to your interests
Gender Male/female
Marital Status Enter whether you are married or not
No. of Children How many children you have
Year of birth The year you were born
Income level How much you earn
Town The town you live in
County The county you live in
Country The country you live in
Car insurance renewal date The date your car insurance needs to be renewed
Home insurance renewal date The date your home insurance needs to be renewed
Register Once you have completed the fields above click register. You will be told that the form has been submitted and a short while later you should receive an email to let you know you can log in.



Why do I get logged out every 5 minutes?
As a security measure, after a prolonged period of inactivity your account will be logged out. This is to prevent other people taking advantage of your account should you leave your computer unattended whilst still logged in.

I haven’t received my book.
If you are yet to receive your membership directory it may be due to a variety of reasons. The most common being there has been a change in your work address. We advise you update your details with us by completing the form here – http://www.staffservices.co.uk/joiningform_files/joinonline.html
Note on the form that you didn’t receive your book and with your newly updated details we will try our best to ensure it reaches you.

Where is the Staff Services office?
The main Staff Services Office is located opposite the canteen on D floor of the Belfast City Hospital
