RIDING SCHOOL

The Riding School is now open late on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
night to 9pm.

Sunday 14th February 2010 Yvette Trusdale Flatwork Clinic, cost £25 per person
Saturday 20th February 2010 Dressage Competition. Sponsored by Patches Equine Laundry. Commences at 1.30 pm. Cost is £8 per rider
Sunday 28th February 2010 Adult one day camp. Get the opportunity to have a horse for a day. Two lessons, learn how to clip, pull manes, plait, lunge and much more. Costs £45 per person.

Sunday 28th February 2010 Mavis Stewart Showjumping Clinic £ 25 per person.
Tuesday 2nd March 2010 ladies only coffee morning hack - open to all who have completed an assessment lesson - See Jenny for details
Sunday 7th March 2010 Pony Club. Starts 10.00 am until 2.00 pm. Costs £13 00 per child

Wednesday 17th March 2010 St Patrick's Day ladies Hack. Starts at 1.00 pm, open to all ladies who have completed an assessment lesson.  Cost is £15 per rider.
Sunday 28th March 2010 Show jumping Competition starts at 11.00 am, with Novice Pony Class. Open to all riders. Cost is £7 per rider
Wednesday 31st March 2010 Flatwork Clinic with Yvette Truesdale. Commences at 6.00 pm. Cost is £20 per person.
Thursday 1st April 2010 Own a pony day. Give children the opportunity to own a pony for the day - £30 per child

Tuesday 6th April 2010 Easter Egg Hunt Hack - Get the chance to look for Easter Eggs on horse back - £15 per child

'OWN A PONY' DAY
- £35 PER PERSON

'Own A Pony' Day is run for children throughout the school holidays.
The days runs from 10.00 - 3.00
The day gives children experience of owning and being responsible for a pony.
The children learn how to groom, tack the pony up, as well as going on a short hack, finishing with a lesson.




Pony Camp- Usually £120 per week,
discount for more than one child from family.

Pony Camps are run from Tuesday through to Fridays from 10.00am - 3.00pm.
The camp gives the children first hand and in-depth experience of all aspects of stable management and horse care, as well as offering riding every day in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
During the course of the day, there are games and other activities.
A Grand Finale competition on the Friday afternoon with rosettes for everyone and prizes for best groomed pony, top stable management, rider showing the most potential.

Children must be at least 6 years old top attend.
They must bring a packed lunch and waterproof clothing.
Wellies are advisable, but all riding boots and riding hats are provided.
