I am having trouble registering my card
While at first glance the form for registering your card may look daunting it is in fact a relatively simple process.
Below is a brief explanation of the fields you will be asked to complete. The fields in red are not necessary for creating your account.

Why do I get logged out every 5 minutes?
As a security measure, after a prolonged period of inactivity your account will be logged out. This is to prevent other people taking advantage of your account should you leave your computer unattended whilst still logged in.
I haven’t received my book.
If you are yet to receive your membership directory it may be due to a variety of reasons. The most common being there has been a change in your work address. We advise you update your details with us by completing the form here. Note on the form that you didn’t receive your book and with your newly updated details we will try our best to ensure it reaches you.
